Listening to Our Users: Gathering Feedback, Feature Requests and Help Calls to Improve Moodle

Decision-making
NC State uses a variety of mechanisms to get input from our user population, including governance committees, a feedback form, a designated online forum for feature requests, and an instructional technology help desk that fields over 2,000 Moodle help calls a year. We will show how we collect and analyze this information, and how we use our findings to respond to our users and improve their  Moodle experience. The end result is a satisfied and personally invested user population that uses Moodle heavily.
